Building Renovation Program
ST. CHARLES RENOVATION COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Following is what we have accomplished to date:
  1. McKernan Architects will complete the draft of a contract this week.  A preliminary
    schedule has been developed showing the church completed by Christmas.
  2. A contract has been let for the asbestos removal from the boiler room.  This will be
    done one week after the carnival ends.
  3. A procurement document for the HVAC replacement will be completed at the end of
    May.
  4. In the renovation campaign, as of 5/7/08, 66 parishioners have pledged a total of
    $165,000. .
