The Finance Council works diligently with the staff of the church, school and religious education to monitor expenses, protect parish assets and present a realistic, but stringent budget. It meets quarterly throughout the year.
The Pastoral Council, made up of ordinary parishioners, is designed to work with the Pastor in identifying the needs of the parish and then to chart a course to respond to those needs. Members of the Pastoral Council are called to help shape the vision of the parish and to help the pastor realize that vision. It meets monthly throughout the year.
The Diocese of Trenton calls upon all of its schools to be strong in Catholic identity, academically excellent, and fiscally viable. To help realize this vision, the School Board at St. Charles Borromeo School works with the Pastor and Principal to ensure our students are educated in a safe and secure environment where they continue “learning to love and loving to learn.”
The Stewardship Committee plans all activities aimed at involving all parishioners in utilizing their Time, Talent, and Treasure to further the goals of our parish.
Striving to heed the call to “go out to all nations and preach the Good News,” the Evangelization Committee helps organize various parish activities throughout the year to help grow the faith of new and old members of the St. Charles Borromeo community alike.
